Sonder Leaders was co-founded by Carly Glista and Mike Bowles. We are passionate about helping organizations, teams, and leaders create and thrive within a healthy work culture.

Carly Glista brings 14 years of coaching individuals and creating safe spaces for people to process, discover and grow in an organization. She is exceptionally passionate that each team member is valued, seen and known.

Mike Bowles brings 30 years of experience leading high-performance teams by practicing and setting the table with vulnerability-based trust, allowing for productive conflict, and helping teams create a safe place to feel valued, seen, and known.

Both Carly and Mike have been Certified Working Genius Facilitators by The Table Group.
